Bio

I am the Deputy Practice Group leader of Nixon Peabody's Government Investigations and White Collar Defense practice group.  I am based in Boston, and my practice focuses on representing life sciences manufacturers in FDA-related compliance and enforcement matters.  I have significant experience in advising companies on a myriad of FDA-related issues, including product approval questions, marketing and promotion questions, clinical trial studies, cGMP matters, and other FDCA-related questions.  In addition to providing pro-active compliance advice, I represent companies in internal investigations and in response to government investigations initiated by US Attorney's Offices and the DOJ.  My breadth of enforcement experience allows me to provide insightful and on-point compliance advice.  I also represent companies in False Claims Act qui tam litigation.

In addition to my life sciences experience, I have represented companies in corruption, campaign finance, and securities matters.

Outside of the office, I love spending time with my husband and two children.  In the summer, we are at the beach, and in the winter, we are hitting the ski slopes.  I enjoy running, and have completed six marathons (4 x's Boston, 1 x NYC, 1 x Marine Corps).  When I can, I sneak in a tv show!
