The meeting has been held in different cities throughout the United States, as well as virtually in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid-19. The meeting continues to grow year after year, and there is consistently a waitlist to attend. As the number of women attending the meeting continues to increase, the programming and events surrounding the meeting have expanded as well.
The meeting is typically a two-day event, which includes association business meetings focused on providing the membership with overviews of the innovative WWCDA activities and initiatives occurring around the world; guided business development and networking programs; a networking cocktail reception; dinner with a keynote speaker; and a breakfast meeting featuring discussions with influential legal industry leaders.
