VIP Reception

The night begins with an exclusive VIP reception with WWCDA Diamond Sponsors and other invited guests with a full bar honoring our distinguished award recipients, speakers, emcee, and alumni.

Cocktail Reception

5:30 PM - 7:00 PM

All attendees are warmly invited to the Gala cocktail reception - a lively start to the evening featuring a full bar, hors d'oeuvres, and a golden opportunity to mingle, connect, and toast each other and the WWCDA.

Gala Awards Dinner & Program

7:00 PM - 9:30 PM

As the program kicks off, guests will enjoy a salad, plated dinner, and wine as we honor those who shine brightest in our field. Vegetarian, vegan, and other dietary restricted meals are available upon request.

Dessert Mingle & Cocktails

(immediately following the program)

9:30 PM

End your evening on a high note at our WWCDA signature dessert mingle, where you can enjoy a selection of coffee, tea, or cocktails alongside some delicious desserts. This will be a great time to connect and celebrate with the other attendees and award winners.

Parking

Guests driving to the gala will have the option of daily parking or valet parking for $45. The overnight guest parking rate is $68. Rideshare vehicles will drop off and pick up by the Ballroom entrance.

The Women’s White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA) is committed to the well-being of all event participants.
